Widow’s Dinner
The first Friday of the month (excluding summer) we host a Widow’s Dinner. All the widows of the community are welcome, along with their children. So often this group gets over looked, forgotten, or pushed aside. We aim to change that! We want all widows to feel loved, seen, and cared for.
Thanks to the generous donations of the community, we’re able to make each dinner special. So often our guests walk through our doors with heavy hearts and sadness in their eyes, but they walk out with laughter in their hearts, and a sparkle in their eyes. To all the widows, we see you. We care for you. We love you. Come see us anytime!
FUN FACT
Every time we host a Widow’s Dinner, we pack to-go boxes for our local officers and first responders. If you see them, thank them for their service and protection. We appreciate all they do!
Community Closet
We hold a Community Closet event at least once a month that offers an incredible amount of clothing and home goods for those in need. All items are donated to us and need to go to a good home! Follow us on social media to keep up-to-date on when these popular events are happening!
FUN FACT
Anyone can donate clothing to us 24/7 by using our big bins located in front of our building! Just drop in bags of clothing and we’ll make sure it goes to someone who needs it. Thank you for being a part of the solution!
